Actually, there are a lot of clubs in Chicago that are hiring cocktail servers, bartenders and dancers. With so many girls looking for waitress jobs, it’s probably a good idea to go to the club personally and fill out an application. This is because most strip clubs and bars for that matter get dozens of calls each day. It’s difficult for the hiring managers to know who is on the other end. In my experience, adult clubs want to hire girls with the following qualities:
.Good Attitude
.Attractive
.Dependable
.Friendly

Above all else, a good attitude goes a long way in the strip club industry. You can have a knockout looking girl, but if she isn’t fun to be around then it isn’t helpful to the club. My advice, go to whatever club you choose with a smile on your face, dressed nicely and a positive attitude and your chances of getting hired will probably increase. Cocktail waitress jobs in Chicago are plentiful.
