How to Get Hired at Strip Clubs

The process for getting hired as an exotic dancer at the majority of Chicago strip clubs is generally standard across the board, and accomplished through the audition process.  Each club is vying for fresh, attractive girls who will bring in new customers. In the corperate world, you are expected to send a resume and take part in an interview process. This is not so when your trying to find work stripping!  Here is my best advice for women who ar interested in getting a job dancing in Chicago clubs:

• Call the club and find out what hours audtions are held
• Bring your drivers lisence or state ID
• Make sure your nails, hair and make-up look as beautiful as possible
• Be respectful and nice to each staff member you come in contact with

Just keep in mind that strip clubs literally have dozens of women seeking employment each week. It is not important to be a great dancer, but it is important to prepare for your audition by looking the best you can be.

What Not to Do

I would highly reccomend that you not call and request speaking to managers or owners about how to get a job dancing at the club, unless it is the establishments normal procedure. You might be a smoking hot, incredible looking girl but staff members can’t see what you look like on the phone, no matter how well you describe yourself. In my experience managing clubs: the person who answers the phone at a club can proivde you with all the information you need, and in many instances schedule your audition.

Private Companies

There are numerous private adult entertainment companies in Chicago, and across Illinois that offer exotic dancing jobs. In many cases, these agencies book strippers and exotic dancers for bachelor parties, divorce parties, birthday parties and special events. In this case, it’s completley ok to call the company and ask to speak to the owner or manager about the hiring process.

A majority of the time, these types of places will ask you to e-mail a picture and schedule a time to meet. In some instances, you may be asked to audition, or to peform at a few shows before being hired on a regular basis. It really is all up to the discression of each company.

I would reccomend having someone (preferably a professional) take a classy and sexy photo of you. You don’t have to look like a model, but obtaining a job as an exotic dancer it’s difficult to do with out pictures.
